Techjet Imaging FTP Artwork Upload Information

The most common means of getting your artwork to us for production is via our secure FTP site, however, we can also receive your print ready files via:
 
CD, DVD
Floppy Disk
Jump Drive
Micro Drive
eMail (4 MB file size limit)

To submit your artwork electronically, we suggest you use an FTP client;

such as WS_FTP, Fetch, or similar.  Using an FTP client helps alleviate connection errors that may slow down your project.
 
To protect your privacy, we require all clients to enter a password to access our FTP site.  You can obtain a password to access our public FTP folder from any Techjet representative by phone or email.  If, however, your project requires our highest level of privacy, you can request a private logon that only you and Techjet representatives can access.  To setup a private account and folder, contact your Techjet account executive.
 
To access your FTP site, point your FTP client to:
 
ftp://ftp.techjetimaging.com
 
For the public folder, the user name is:  Public
Call (866) 320-4340 to obtain a password.
 
Once you logon to our Public FTP site, create a new folder that is specific to your project/company and upload your ready art files to this location.
 
In some cases you can email your file directly to your account executive.  E-Mail is not always the most reliable file transfer method for large files.  If your file is smaller than 4MBs, then attaching the file (archived or not) to an email and sending directly to your sales rep is the fastest transfer method.
